Chef Moises Ibarra's love for the culinary world and his passion for this industry was recognized at an early age. Moises went on to study the culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu, where he learned to develop his own unique style and flair. He has continued with his career at exclusive restaurants and hotels such as Carlos', The Four Seasons, Renaissance and Hyatt.
Over the years, Moises has worked under influential leaders who helped shape his style and depth of knowledge. His culinary philosophy and passion reflects the growing trend toward a healthier and down to earth lifestyle. Working with local purveyors to seek out the finest in regional and local produce, is the essence of his cuisine. Moises' preference is to allow the natural flavors of food to express themselves.
