Meet Our Chef

Native of Chicago, and graduate of the Cooking Academy of Chicago, Chef John Grosskopf fell in love with cooking when he was 7 years old as he watched his mother and grandmother in the kitchen. Now the Executive Chef of Cadwell's Grille, a restaurant on the North Shore of Chicago, John is an accomplished chef, having created menus and recipes for several fine dining restaurants in the Chicago area. He recently appeared on Fox Morning News' Deal of the Day segment, presenting tricks of the trade from the kitchen.
